Our Beliefs
We are a welcoming and forward-thinking community dedicated to upholding Sanatan Dharma, the universal faith that transcends boundaries.
Our mission is to preserve the essence of Hinduism (Sanatan Dharma) and foster active participation among the younger generation within our community.
The current officiating Pandit is Pandit Hamesh Kharag.

About Us
Our Story
The inception of the Sanatan Cultural Society was motivated by the vision of our founding spiritual leader, the Late Pandit Hardeo Tiwarie.
Working together with Pandit Hardeo Tiwarie, a small group of families initiated the SCS (Sanatan Cultural Society) several years ago with the aspiration of establishing a temple in North London.
In 1998 the SCS became a registered charity and in 2011 the Satyanarayan Mandir was acquired with Pandit Satish Deo as officiating priest.
In the past the society has been privileged to have Pandit Harri Tewari, Pandit Sahadeo Tewari, the late Pandit Hardeo Tewarie, Pandit Bish and Pandit Satish Deo as our priests.
