Thought for the week – Courage

Courage is to take a step forward into an area of difficulty without a solution in mind, but yet feeling that victory is ahead.

It is going in empty handed but knowing that Bhagavan’s hand is stretched out to pull you through.

Have faith in Bhagavan and Bhagavan will give you all the courage you need.

Thought for the week – Enjoy Moments of Silence

When your open your eyes in the morning, sit for a moment and appreciate the gift of a new day, create a peaceful thought and enjoy some moments of silence before you begin your day.

Try to not to get onto your phones and messages first thing, give it some time, enjoy this moment of peace and quiet in the mind.

When possible, enjoy this silence throughtout the whole day.

Thought for the Week – Letting go of Sorrow & Negativity

If I allow bitterness and resentment to fester inside, it will make my relationships guarded and unsatisfying. The more I close down to others, the more I become a stranger to myself.

By letting go of sorrow and negativity, remembering this is all a play of Karma, I can keep my nature open and loving. Remaining open to life, with it’s constant adventures and opportunities to grow both in the world and spiritually, which is the only way to reach my full potential.

Thought for the week – Harmony

All things have their time. All things have their answers. All things have their right to be. Accepting this reality, all things come into harmony.

Thought of the week – Fresh Day, Fresh Start

If through some error, yesterday was lost in grief or regret, don’t lose today by keeping it in your memory. Let go, move forward and try not to repeat the errors of the past.

Thought of the week – Be Light

If I allow my mind to carry burdens, I will experience heaviness and become tired and depressed easily.

Find time for yourself, relax the mind and find some inner peace, especially when times are hard.

Thought for the week – Bad Habits

Bad habits are like a comfortable bed, easy to get into, but hard to get out of!

Cultivate better habits by purifying one’s mind through spiritual practices (sadhana) by offering Puja to Bhagavan, taking part in the Havan and Puja at the mandir but most importantly selfless service to your fellow beings and to Prithvi Mata.

Thought for the week – Send Peace

The call of time is to send thoughts of peace and power to the world. Your thoughts travel, moving at a great speed and with considerable impact.

Let the thought of peace sit in your mind, knowing that the vibes from your thoughts can radiate out and touch any person, any place. Give yourself this Peace of Mind…
